John has long history of helping evolving companies achieve their goals through strategies integrating people, process, technology and communications. His work connects identity, culture, branding, and communications to enable organizations in transition to adapt to change and improve performance. John’s career experience includes stints with ITT Communications Services and Metromedia Company where he held a variety of high level product marketing and management positions in start-up technology divisions. He has a Business degree from the University of Rhode Island as well as an MBA, and Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and studied at Wroxton College in England. John is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Fairleigh Dickinson in its Leadership Studies Graduate Program.

Joseph M. Leno
Technology Architecture, Application Design

Joe is a leading expert in enterprise technology development and management, with more than 18 years of experience planning, developing, and executing large scale technical projects within Fortune 100 companies. His award winning work in planning and architecting knowledge management systems while serving as Group eBusiness Director at BIC International is recognized by peers as the standard of excellence within the industry. His thought leadership in Portal Development has been featured in numerous professional publications, most notably Investors Business Daily. Joe regularly contributes technical articles to industry trade journals and is frequently sought after to speak at industry conferences on portal process introduction, architecture and strategy. He holds a BA degree in Interactive Communications from the University of Charleston.

Laurence Bissett
User Experience and Information Architecture

Larry is a leading User Experience (UX) expert with over 16 years of creating compelling online user experiences. His background in information architecture strategy, deployment, user experience management, and usability engineering is extensive. Throughout his career, Larry has led the creation of easy-to-use solutions that solve complex business problems and drive user adoption, market share and revenue growth for Fortune 100 firms such as Prudential, Jaguar, and Johnson & Johnson. His work with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, including the complete redesign and re-architecture of the customer-facing website, has been rated #1 in Online Customer Experience since 2005 by Change Sciences and now captures more leads than any direct competitor. He also led numerous user design projects at Ogilvy Interactive. Larry complements his work as user experience architect with proven mentoring skills to help clients institutionalize UX best practice methodologies.

David M. Douglas
Business Strategy and Business Performance Leadership

Dave is a senior business strategist with 25 years of in-depth experience in process optimization, organizational development, and business performance measurement. He is a highly effective senior leader whose executive work history includes tenure as CIO at both PepsiCola International and BIC International, and as a partner with McKinsey & Company. He also founded and managed two independent management consulting firms. Dave has a well established track record of introducing new ways of working into large and complex organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals and Service industries. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
