His recent work with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, including the complete redesign and re-architecture of the customer-facing website, has been rated #1 in Online Customer Experience since 2005 by Change Sciences and now captures more leads than any direct competitor. He is a highly effective senior leader whose executive work history includes tenure as CIO at both PepsiCola International and BIC International, and as a partner with McKinsey & Company. He also founded and managed two independent management consulting firms. Dave has a well established track record of introducing new ways of working into large and complex organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals and Service industries.
