Creativity (IAK) USA to offer clients an expanded range of individual and organizational development
services that can help accelerate technology adoption and foster
sustainable workplace collaboration. The portfolio of activities includes focused seminars, workshops,
meeting facilitation and coaching that serve to complement and enrich enterprise technology initiatives. Combined services are integrated and tailored to meet specific
client needs.
‘We’re delighted to be working with the IAK USA and know our clients will
be too,’ said John P. Crawford, co-founder and Managing Partner with
Enspirix who heads the firms Change Leadership Practice. ‘Their
expertise in the human dimensions of Collaboration will greatly enhance
the projects we jointly deliver.’
Enterprise-wide Collaboration initiatives often utilize technology
platforms as a central mechanism for orchestrating organizational change
and business transformation. Platforms typically introduce new technical
capabilities such as file sharing, instant messaging, wikis and or other
social media to workers with the intent of spurring knowledge sharing
and productive interactions that can lead to competitive advantage.
However, achieving cross-organization adoption of the technology can
involve significant behavioral and procedural shifts to fully realize
the envisioned gains. Workers benefit from programs which assist them in effectively making
the transition.
‘We develop the soft skills that go with the software,’ said
Daniela Puzzovio, Managing Partner at IAK. ‘Our unique methods help individuals and organizations to adapt
faster. That’s why our alliance with Enspirix’s work in collaborative technologies is such a
good fit.’
Founded in Germany in 1970, the IAK focuses on supporting individuals, teams and organizations in
the areas of Leadership, Cooperation and Innovation & Creativity. Its
international network of coaches / trainers has worked extensively with
individuals and organizations in Europe and the United States on cross-cultural
initiatives to shape new processes and guide successful implementation.
A key aspect of the IAK USA’s core service supporting Cooperation
focuses on helping individuals, teams and organizations to be more
effective collaborators.
Enspirix and the IAK USA have actively begun
marketing their joint services to clients and interested prospects
worldwide.
