Enspirix White Paper Accepted by CCI Conference on Corporate Communication
March 2, 2009

A white paper authored by Enspirix practice leaders exploring how on-line experiences can be improved through Collaborative Solution Design will be presented during refereed proceedings at its annual conference at Wroxton College in Oxfordshire, England in June 2009. The proposed paper, titled Caught in the Web: Untangling Poor On-line Experiences through Collaborative Solution Design, will examine the perils of ill-conceived web work that falls short of addressing collective user needs / functional requirements and offer Collaborative Solution Design as a method for more reliably producing the intended on-line results. The paper draws on Enspirix’s extensive field work forging team-based web solutions for global companies to present a framework for design efforts that can improve ensuing on-line experiences and quickly be put into practice. It will provide readers revamping their web technologies with new insights for sharpening their efforts and improving related results. The paper will be composed as a composite case study for conference proceedings related to Social Media and Internet/Intranet Practices.
“We’re excited by the opportunity to share our experiences and methods at the CCI Conference,” said Laurence Bissett, User Experience Practice Leader at Enspirix who is one of the contributing authors. “Ultimately, we are most interested in helping organizations produce better web experiences for users.” Other Enspirix practitioners contributing to the effort include John P. Crawford, who oversees Change Leadership and Communications consulting, and Joseph M. Leno who heads the firm’s Information and Technology Architecture practices.
